All dbspaces are listed in reserved pages in the rootdbs. When you start the revovery, Online first reads these reserved pages with the old dbspace-information. There it finds a dbspace which no longer exists. So it cannot restore. To avoid this situation, you should better perform a new archive with the new dbspace information. Hope this helps...
