The current library version for IDS components, at least through IDS 11.50xC3, is 9.24, that's fine. Yes the library/FE versions for apps compiled with ESQL/C v 3.50 is 9.35, but apparently dbaccess was compiled with an earlier release. The -647 is probably a bug, you should open a case with IBM.
