Hi, Can anyone tell me whether it is possible to know whether any transaction is running for an ODBC connection via ODBC/CLI calls? Thanks in advance, Regards, -Manas __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo! If it is on, you are not in a transaction. If it is off, you probably are in a transaction. You can always try executing a BEGIN WORK statement: if it succeeds, you were not in a transaction; if it fails, either the database does not support transactions (one error code) or you were already in a transaction. -- Jonathan Leffler #include <disclaimer.h> Email: jleffler@earthlink.net, jleffler@us.ibm.com Guardian of DBD::Informix v2003.04 -- http://dbi.perl.org/
