Thanks in advance, John Hitchinson Open Systems DBA British Telecom I'have recently been testing the new version of HP/OmniBackII's Informix Integration. My tests so far have been on a very small database, the stores7, using the HP 2/28 DLT'Tape Library. (I will be testing later on our SAP instance as soon as we upgrade to the correct version of Informix). The backup devices and media in this case are defined within OmniBack as well as the barlist that defines what database instance and dbspaces to backup. So far I'have done full backups of the dbspaces with logical logs, and later (hopefully this week) will test recovery. Regards, Barry Lemrow Hewlett-Packard
