Hi, there are some sql-statements who are only allowed at db without logging (unlock table for example) and some are only allowed with logging (begin work etc.). therefore when you turn on logging you risk that some applications receive the error "not available with logging" or something like this. there will be no datainconsistency (i think), but this programs won't work. can you turn logging on in the evening, run your programm, and in the mornung turn off logging?
