No defragmentation occurs. Tbtape copies page images from disk to tape.
Included with each page image is the page address, which translates to
a physical location on disk. So, after restoring from tbtape, your chunks
will look exactly the same.
If you want to resize your table extents, you should use dbexport/dbimport.
