CSDK (Informix with PHP)

Is ClientSDK a seperate product, which I have to buy separate ? When I buy Informix 9.4 (Server) (I have already), do I have to buy CSDK as well, as far as I see, only Connect is included in the CD. My problem is, to use Informix with PHP, my problem is not, having CSDK, but as I become aware, I must have CSDK as well. only, because I want to use PHP. ?? Is there a Download at IBM of CSDK, I looked and did not find one ?
