UDR en IDS 11 y JAVA 1.7

Hello: I want to create a URL with java to access a WS. I have a jar with access to WS but is compiled in Java 1.7. The IDS that I have is 11. How is total do? I have managed to create some of the UDR in JAVA 1.4 but with 1.7 version error sends me. Where in co version which is working sets? How libraries are loaded? get that path?
