But only if you are testing using dd. I had a 7.31 engine crash
on me when attempting to use ontape with a block size the tape
drive couldn't handle.
Suggest you use dd and test with block sizes of 8192, 16384
(and possibly 32768).
DLT's are sloooow, future proof and improve speed by upgrading
to Ultrium (350 plus Gb in 1hr 20 mins).
