Installing SE on AIX

Installing SE 7.12 on IBM AIX (Version 3.2.4...) we get the following error message: ....Installing bin Could not load program etc/brand Symbol _system_configuration in ksh is undefined Error was: Exec format error Any Ideas??? By the way, we have set all Environment Variables to the correct values, and the result is the same, if we tried installing under Bourne Shell!
