error 17801

Hi, I'm installing metacube for window 2000 on a w2000 server machine, the version of metacube is 4.2. I follow the (few) instrucions of the manual (install the products and modify the pages mctocie4.htm and mcweb.htm), but when I try to connect to the webpage (http://server/websvr/mctocie4.htm) y get the options, but clicking on the first link (http://server/websvr/MCWebExp.htm#DSS=ventas_desarrollo&NODE=server&FILE=) I get the following error: MCWebExplorer There was an error (17801) Unable to launch the MetaCube Server; exiting explorer.
