WIF tool for NewEra screen painting ?

Greetings all. We heard recently that screens/forms for NewEra (what used to be 4GL++) could be created or ported from files in a format called WIF (supposedly already supported by third-party tools, etc). Has anybody heard anything about this format ? Our efforts to ask Informix have resulted in a lot of feet-shuffling and nervous coughing, ie it sounds like they made it up cos it sounded nice. We're very keen to start some kind of move toward NewEra (from 4GL) and so even if the product won't be available for some months, we had hoped to get some progress on interface design, and if that work could have been used for the real product as well, just think how happy we'd have been.
