I haven't done one of these (yet) but the sort of things you need to consider are: 1. Loading -- Whorehouse Mangler isn't as good as TMU, or as flexible. 2. Reconciling floating point numbers could be a real bitch. 3. DB2's system catalogues aren't nearly as handy as RBW's... 4. ...and you're going to have rewrite all your sysadmin stuff 5. You may have to screw around with the schema and "tune" your SQL a bit, which means you will have to retest some / much / most / all of your application again.
