Sometimes even the ontape parameters (TAPEDEV, LTAPEDEV, TAPESIZE,
etc.) are not dynamic. What you can do is change a parameter in the
onconfig file and then dump out the reserve page that holds the
onconfig parameters with:
oncheck -pP 1 1
