Turbo Question

Hi, A customer of ours, running turbo version 2.10.03M on a Sperry 5000/95, has a rather unique problem. Tbinit is not writing any checkpoints even tho the logs are being written to (during database activity) and checkpoints can be forced using the tbmode utility. Her latest tbstat -u shows a user with flags C and B in positions 1 and 2 indicating the user has begun a transaction but is waiting for a checkpoint. The turbo manual states that a checkpoint will be forced under the following conditions: - The physical log becomes 75% full - When it starts a new logical log - Every 5 minutes (if the database is active) - When a checkpoint is forced by DBA yet this customer has had approx 20 users using the database during the last two days and the only checkpoints reflected in the turbo log are those that were forced by the DBA. There is nothing else in the turbo log that would indicate problems with turbo. Any hints, suggestions, while I'm waiting for a response from Informix... would be greatly appreciated.
