Onbar -- XBSA error

While attempting to perform a level zero archive with Informix's "onbar" (onbar -b to be exact) utility, we received the following error message: 1997-08-13 16:58:57 38936 41662 Begin level 0 backup psapel31g. 1997-08-13 16:59:01 38936 41662 An unspecified XBSA error has occurred: 96 Has anyone ever encountered and/or rectified this problem? We are currently using Informix version 7.21.UD2, on an SP2 frame, and ADSM is our storage facility.
