onstat shows memory held by finished sessions

Hi, I am using IDS 11.50 on HP-UX 11. The onstat -g ses shows the sessions which are complete. For example the program is finished but still the onstat -g ses shows insert session. The session details show it as "current SQL statement". Is the session still holding the memory? Is there any way to refresh the onstat details so that only current SQLs are displayed by onstat?
