Re: Error -640: QPLAN sanity faiure (1503.0)

Richard, The error indicates that the Engine has lost track of what it was supposed to be doing, somehow, and has detected that it has lost track of what it is doing, and that it cannot therefore process the operation (probably the DELETE) correctly. This is approximately the equivalent of "CAN'T HAPPEN". It implies a fairly serious problem in the Engine, and says nothing about the I4GL code. There is no problem in the program; there is a problem in the Engine. You should do what finderr says -- contact Informix Technical Support. Or maybe you should be contacting Siemens Technical Support, since I think they still do their own ports of Informix.
