Well assuming you are in a true 24x7 environment the only downtime available to do upgrades, reorganizations, schema changes, etc will be holidays and some weekends... Assume you are working those...and of course remember in corporate America there is no such thing as COMP TIME. Just because you worked 60 of the 72 hours over Memorial Day weekend, gave up family picnics, the Indy 500, etc don't expect to take off any time during the normal work week. My $0.02...
