If you buy or upgrade to DSA 7.21 or above, You should receive the=20 I-CLI (for win3.1,win 95, winNT) and for UNIX and I-CONNECT for WIN 95, and UNIX and I-NET for 16 bits,for free, I don't think they are free = downloadable by now, but , Isn`t it a good starting?
