Webkits, D4GL

Are Webkits still available? They are (were) I4GL functions that Web-enable I4GL applications. There was also and ESQL/C Webkit. If yes, is there a URL for on-line information about them? Is there an equivalent for Dynamic 4GL, that is, a direct way to Web-enable D4GL applications? Perhaps this stuff is built into D4GL; I'm not a user. By the way, the functions I'm talking about would help you read forms variables, manage the HTTP header and cookies, and write HTML output.
