How to report suspected bug in Developer Edition

I've got the Developer Edition going on 32-bit Vista Ultimate and have run into what might just be a small bug. I'm struggling to wade through the IBM website to find out how I report it without taking out an expensive agreement. Can anyone point me in the right direction? The problem is that I get "unknown error 0" whenever I try to create a chunk bigger than about 8GB. Up to 8 Gig is fine. Anyone else seen this one or might I have missed some vital point?

Ah, fair enough then. Be nice if onspaces didn't format all the space and then bomb out, but just stopped you trying.
