Backup Problem

When I try to backup my databases I receive this error: "ISM Message: Error: Temporary space is insufficient to perform a backup. Free space in c:\\winnt\\ISM5.tmp" I want to change the temporary file to another drive. Where can I do that? (Maybe a System variable could resolve the problem?) Thanks
