-406 Error: Unable to load locale categories, how to fix?

I just installed Online Dynamic Server v7.22 (I was previously using v7.12) and now when I try to access a database remotely, I get a -406 error and an error message of "Unable to load locale categories" (although the error message corresponds to error -23101 in the Informix error messages guide). I am trying to access the database through Netscape LiveWire, a platform that allows for dynamic HTML, database access, etc... Both the client (Netscape LiveWire server) and the database are on the same machine and I have not specificied either DB_LOCALE or CLIENT_LOCALE anywhere (assuming the defaults would work). I can connect just fine using Online Dynamic Server v7.12, but with the "upgrade" it gives me this error. I can use DBACCESS to access created databases just fine. v7.22 is installed on SunOS 5.6 on an UltraSparc 2 and v7.12 is installed on SunOS 5.5 on a SparcClassic. Any help would be appreciated, both e-mail or posting (although my newsfeed to this group seems to be a little erratic, so both would be best). Phil Epstein
