Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

Use Aubit-4gl, it's free. You can even use another database as postgres, free too.
Regarding interface you could use Genero or Queryx.

Subject: Any free 4GL tools
I have an old Informix 4GL program which I am thinking of resurrecting.
It was developed using an old version of Informix 4GL and version 4 SE
running under SCO Openserver 5.0.2.
I just wondered if there's any free developer's toolkits around that I
could possibly try. Also, does anyone know of any new tools around that
I could use to update the interface. I had a go with 4Js a few years
ago. Anybody producing anything new these days? Any advice on what I
could do to upgrade would be appreciated.
Regards
Shaun
