There is one called "Stored Procedure Programming", which is released by Prentice Hall. At the moment I can't remember the author. Bear in mind, of course, that if you are a member of IIUG (www.iiug.org) you can get book discounts from Prentice Hall merely by quoting your IIUG membership number (typically 30% discounts here in the UK).
