Cannot fork a virtual processor

Hi, My informix ODS went down when I tried to put it to online. I'm running a informix 7.14 on a IBM AIX 4.2 machine. The error in the online.log is Cannot fork a virtual processor errno=12. This happens only intermittently. It seems to indicate there is insufficient memory. Does this have anything to do with the paging space? The paging space in the machine is 160MB and it has 128 MB Memory on board. Thanks in advance for any help or advice. Regards, Tim
