Onconfig tuning parameters for large onload jobs

Good morning, I have, hopefully, a simple question. I have a HPUX test/development box with IDS 10.00.FC5. I drop and reload copies of my databases from files generated by onunload on a weekly basis. It takes quite some time to onload each of the databases (roughly 40Gb in 1 of the databases). I bounce the Informix engine prior to the onload with a different onconfig file for my test/development instance of IDS (set instance for onipcshm instead of onsoctcp). What onconfig parameters in the onconfig should I change to optimizes lots of disk-write I/O for the onload process that you would recommend. Thanks for any input and experience.
