Informix bug #76256 The 2G filesize limitation is hardcoded in to the ontape module (may be a HP-UX issue only, I'm not sure). This is fixed in ODS 7.23 uc4. We do plan to upgrade after rigorous testing but I needed a temporary solution until that time. Thank you for the reply.
