Followup: [?]Menu development tool documentation
Posted in 1998
Thanks to all who responded to me. Turns out that the menu tool is something developed in our shop eons ago and not distributed by Informix. As for the User-Menu tool in Informix-SQL, I've already been using it and have a basic understanding of it. Had a question, though. Is there a way of setting the User-Menu up so that depending on the group of users (in the case of our application - portfolio managers versus operations people) logged in each has there own respective set of menus? Again, thanks for all of your help on the first round and thanks in advance on this followup! You can also create : menus in Informix 4GL. : -- : Peter Lancashire : Information Systems Specialist, Bayer plc : Eastern Way, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP32 7AH, UK : Tel: +44-1635-562258, Fax: +44-1635-562281 : Mail: Peter.Lancashire.PL1@bayer.co.uk : --- : My Internet plumbing does not allow me to mail and post news together. : Sorry. : All opinions are my own and not those of Bayer plc. : --- : Join Infuse, the UK Informix User Group at http://www.infuse.org.uk/
