Problem installing IDS 7.23TC6 on NT4 with SP4

Hi all, the DB initialization at the end of the install process seems to hang = ("Dynamic server is being initialized ..."); the "Dynamic = Server"-Service is started, the Message Service seems to be the problem. = Anybody any idea?
