Problem with DSA 7.2 + Hp UX 10.20

I have a problem with DSA 7.2 running on a K250 with 256 Mb I hope anyone could help me. Sometimes the database server seems to 'freeze', it is, it is still on-line and running, there are no error messages on the log but nobody can access it thru shared memory, and it is possible to access it thru a network connection (soctcp). We were told by a Informix Vendor hewre in Brazil that the problem was with the HP-UX 10.20 and that we should install an appropriate patch. We installed the shared memory patch, but the problem ocurred again. PLease help!! Cesar Souza - Brazil - casouza@usp.br
