Online Workgroup Server Instalation problem

We have a problem installing Online Workgroup Server 7.20 on HP9000/8xx and AIX . On CD is one tar-archive file and must be unarchived to disk in order to install OWS. Then we start setup in servers directory and after question "Installation directory?" he always replies with "Invalid INFORMIXDIR or insufficient disk space" We have 380MB fre disk space and INFORMIXDIR is set to /usr/informix (home directory of informix user).
