SCO SE 5.0, Unixware INET 5.05 + ESQL/C 5.05 ?

Hello! Here's the story : There's an SCO system running SE 5.03, and some SCO running INET 5.03 around. Now, we want to put an Unixware 2.0.X or 2.1.x in the same network (ethernet, TCP/IP) and develop some CGI for webservers. I know that we have to get INET and ESQL/C for Unixware. But according to Informix France (since we are in France ;-)) they don't support 5.03 anymore and told us to get 5.03 SE upgraded to 5.05 or more and then get 5.05 INET & ESQL/C for Unixware. I know that it would certainly a good idea to upgrade everything, but since it also cost we would prefere a simplier solution. So, the question is : do INET 5.05 & ESQL/C 5.05 work when they are connected to a SE running 5.03 ? Answers crossposted to my mailbox would be even better.
