isql query VS ace report writer query

Hi, We have a query that produces different results when run by "isql" than when run under the ace report writer. The output is as expected in isql but incomplete, a subset of the expected output, when run under the report writer. Are there any known exceptions, do's and don'ts, when using the report writer? Our query does have an order by clause, but we are not using a integer or a column name with a table prefix, page 5-36, Informix SQL Reference Manual, Version 4.00. We have Informix-SQL 4.00.UE2 under AT&T UNIX SVR4.0 2.1 on a i386/33 platform. Thanks in Advance! Regards, Verbus M.
