IDS 7.30.UC10 crashing on AIX

Please help:
Customer has 7.30.UC10 on AIX 4.3.3. It has been running very smoothly
for
a long time until this week when Holiday Sales picked up. now it
crashes
a few times a day. Any advice on this would be appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks for the response Neil. Unfortunately this customer does not have support. :( Plus I think 7.30 reached end of support with IBM in March. They know they need to upgrade, but need to get around this problem. This customer is poorly advised then, Carlie. To reinstate support when needed costs about tgree times the original year's saving. I'm not sure you'll find much sympathy or help on here.
