Informix Online on IBM Netfinity

Hi, we want to buy an IBM Netfinity 5500 M20 (2 PIII Xeon) and run Online 5.02.UC6 on it under SCO-UNIX 3.2v5.0.5. Has anybody run this constellation? I've read in this Forum about troubles with Informix and RAID. Is it so?
