BRIEF DATABASE INTERFACE QUESTIONNAIRE for users of Informix application interfaces such as ODBC, and developers who program at the API level. You must also have input into your company's purchase decisions for database interface products. I'm a UC Berkeley, MBA candidate doing a research project on database interface products. For those of you who fit the description above, I would greatly appreciate a few minutes of your time to fill out and return via e- mail, the following survey. In a small token gesture of my appreciation, all of you who respond before Saturday, April 12, 1996, will be put into a raffle for a UC Berkeley/Haas T-Shirt (I know it's not much, but I'm a student with a student budget and I'm not getting paid for this.) Thank you very much for contributing hope to my plans for graduation! Please send surveys to me at: lane@haas.berkeley.edu 1. Name (Optional): 2. Phone (Optional): 3. Title/Position in Company: 4.
