You may get away with it. Remember you also need memory for Online buffers, probably at least 10Mb (Rough guess based on previous experience - don't flame me). Sorry but this is too close for me to judge, we have about the same size database with 40 users and have 256Mb of memory, 10 users would be 64Mb. -- David Williams
