I-STAR and distributed database facilities are only available with OnLIne - which cannot read C-ISAM files. Or at least it couldn't last time I discussed it with people. If you are using C-ISAM files you are restricted to SE and that restricts you to I-NET which in turn means that you can do distributed processing but no distributed data.
