SE7.1 - SLOW!

We've switched to an SE7.1 and it's a lot(!!!) slower than the 4.xx / 5.xx with p-code and isql. (RDS/SQL 6.01) Any ideas? Are there any upgrades planned to get workable speeds again? The Munich Tech Support incompetents arrogantly state that the problem is known, and they don't plan to change it, unless some BIG ones complain. I think it's just another idiotic marketing strategy from INFORMIX to push the over-hyped OnLine Dynamic Server. Guenther Koegebehn 100662.1447@compuserve.com
