Newera 3.1 and OCX support

We have developed our own application framework using Newera and have a functional client for our new application written in Newera. However, we have had to make 'some' compromises with the interface presented due to previous lack of OCX support by Newera. We would now like to perform some cosmetic changes to our application by using OCX functionality. We have discovered that some OCX's (eg. Microsoft's statusbar and treeview controls) use collections of objects (panels and nodes respectively). Has anyone found a way to reference these collections (and the objects within) using Newera, or has anyone written a C routine to access these properties?
