Solaris 2.4 /etc/system

Hi, I am upgrading to Online 5.04.UC1 under Solaris 2.4 on a Sun SS20. I am having trouble initialising shared memory and would be grateful if anyone who has done this could post their /etc/system file showing details of Informix required parameters.
