Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

Hi,
Is there an easy way of converting an INTERVAL (e.g. difference between two
DATETIMES) into a regular numeric data type? I want to take an expression
like:
EXTEND(DateTime1 - DateTime2, HOUR TO MINUTE)
and copy it into an INTEGER field (say) where 1 INTEGER unit = 1 minute
Any ideas?
TIA
Ian
