Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.
kadu on IDS 7.31.UD7 could not drop a database to recreate it in a new dbspace, getting error 425 (database currently opened by another user) and 107, although onstat showed no sessions. scottishpoet asked for onstat -k output. Fernando Nunes noted you cannot be connected to the database you are dropping. kadu found Enterprise Replication was in use, which was the cause, and asked why onstat -g sql did not show it.

Hello,
I'm really new in informix world and I have I think easy question...
So I need drop db from current dbspace and recreate it in new dbspace.
I've created new dbspace with onspaces, got dbexport on another server
and now need dbimport it.
But...
informix@czhs0300: onstat -g sql
Informix Dynamic Server Version 7.31.UD7 -- On-Line -- Up 00:10:35
-- 372392 Kbytes
informix@czhs0300: onstat -g ses
Informix Dynamic Server Version 7.31.UD7 -- On-Line -- Up 00:10:39
-- 372392 Kbytes
session #RSAM total used
id user tty pid hostname threads memory memory
30 informix - 0 - 0 8192 5320
8 informix - 0 - 0 8192 5320
7 informix - 0 - 0 16384 13856
6 informix - 0 - 0 8192 5320
4 informix - 0 - 0 16384 13856
3 informix - 0 - 0 8192 5320
2 informix - 0 - 0 8192 5320
when i'm dropping cah with dbaccess->Databases->Drop->db name then YES
This error appears
425: Database is currently opened by another user.
107: ISAM error: record is locked.
This make me consfused ... Nobody is using it!
Could you help me pls?

when you run "dbaccess" do you connect to any db?
You cannot connect to the db you're trying to drop.
Regards.
I've found that we are using an Enterprise Replicatio (ER). So It's
reason why I can't drop it. All of you right said that anything is
using it... But Why I can't see it with onstat -g sql?
