memory fault, bus error when running 4ge

Hello there, Recently we installed online 7.13 UC1 and the c4gl tool 6.03 UD1 on a Siemens Nixdorf RM300 Sinix version 5.42 C1002. Before that we were working with SE 7.1B00 and 4gl 4.10 with relay module on a Siemens Nixdorf MX300. When I compile a program under c4gl 6.03 everything seems alright. When running the program it stops at unexpected places with a memory fault or a bus error. It happens when calling a function, using a declare or using matches in a case, memory consuming processes I would say. The program itself is about 1.5 Mb big using dynamic linking. Does anybody have any idea where I should look for the solution?
