Need Database Modeler / Admin Now!!

I am currently involved in a large Informix based application development initiative. The finished application will have more than 400 entities. We are looking for an experienced DBA, a practitioner, someone who has a proven track record, someone who has worked in a production environment, someone who has lived and breathed through a large scale Informix application development effort. The individual: - Should be able to work with analysts to understand business requirements. - Perform logical data modeling and should understand the options available when dealing with logical-to-physical transformations. - Must have a very good understanding of the Informix standard and online engines. - Should be a Unix expert. - Should have a very good understanding of the issues involved in performance monitoring, automating operational tasks, capacity planning, and trend analysis. - Must be comfortable dealing with tradeoffs between referential integrity and run-time performance. - Must be able to assist developers with SQL reviews. - Should be able to develop a strategy for handling the data dictionary. - Perform ongoing maintenance to the data model and complete the subsequent transformations to physical schema. - Be able to handle backup and recovery.
