User-friendly Report Generator for Informix database. Suggestions?

Hi, I have a client with naiive users who need a MS Windows 3.x package to do report generation and simple data extraction from a NFS-mounted Informix database. The package should be user-friendly and simple to use. Among the suggested options are Powerbuilder (don't know if it meets the previous 2 requirements, besides Informix compability costs $$$ from what I understand), and Crystal Reports. Does anybody out there have any suggestions? I'd appreciate any responses ... Thanks in advance, Duncan Napier.
