Connection rejected - too many users

Hello, I had just migrated from ODS 7.14UD1 to 7.23UC4 yesterday and everything seems to be OK up to now. However, today I am having a few messages in the log saying "conection rejected - too many users" and there are only 70 users active. NETTYPE parameter is as follow: NETTYPE tlitcp,6,120,CPU NETTYPE ipcshm,2,40,CPU Has anybody any clue about that problem?. Thanks in advance.
