Try running the Ilogin program, setting everything to what you believe is correct. If it fails then one of the settings is wrong, if it works ensure that the setnet values are the same as those you entered in ilogin. If you get as far as Ilogin working without entering values, it will use the setnet values by default, and your application is still failing then the problem is within the java.
